VOLUNTEER FOR ONE OF OUR WORKING GROUPS!
At electHER, we have four very active Working Groups that meet regularly to plan and executive action plans in support of our goal and three strategies.
COMMUNICATIONS - Responsible for creating resource material and ongoing publicity, using primarily online platforms, social media and other methods. If you like to be creative, like public relations, are interested in website development or social media, this is the team for you!
EVENTS - Responsible for creating both online and in-person events to help support both training and social requirements. If you like to be organized and enjoy planning events (both online and in-person), you’ll enjoy working with this team!
NETWORKING - Responsible for creating and executing individual and group outreach projects, networking and mentoring opportunities. If you love to connect with people (both on the phone, by email or in-person), this team would love to hear from you!
ADMINISTRATION - Facilitates electHER Planning Team meetings, maintains organizational documents and contact lists, manages financial structure and reports results to the Planning Team. Undertakes fundraising activities, as required to cover expenses. If you like to balance your cheque book, know (or would like to know) Excel and take the time to read meeting minutes, this team has a project for you!
